Greetings mortal, Are you afraid to die?

I apologize to all players that the game found the links broken.
During this past year I have been very busy and have not had time to repair or refresh the page, but the project is ongoing and progress, albeit slow.

Here I include the new version of HeXen - Arcanum. Is a beta in it first part yet, so don´t spect big changes.

And for players who were left wanting more, I include the level 26 - Balthas forests. It is a work in progress, is Incomplete, but you can enjoy the atmosphere of the new mod.

Warning: This is a work totally free, for the DooM fans. All the new creatures and maps are based in the HeXen universe and was created by Roberto Julio Alamo.

Heretic

So far there I had come to talk at length of Heretic , the great game that served as a prequel to Hexen. Now I've opened a new section to discuss about Parthoris world, the first destination chosen by the evil Serpent Riders.

Sinopsis:

Your world has been ravaged by the three Serpent Riders, that have come from the Abyss. The seven kings have been broken, and your people, the elves Shide has been enslaved.
After this catastrophe, two of those riders (the Old Ones, Korax and Eidolon) leave Parthoris, staying D'Sparil to oversee the oppression of your people.
You are Corvus, an Shide elf who knows the power of magic, and your mission is to destroy this demon to defeat the dark armies and bring freedom to your world.

Following the launch of the original game, was relaunched with the title of Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders . In the latter included two more episodes that continued the adventures of Corvus after the fight to the death with the evil D'Sparil.

To play this mod you need, obviously, Doom3 (runs with the IDTech 4 engine), but you must download latest version - Doom3v1.3 to run.

Downloads - Extendable Wad Editor (XWE)

XWE (Extended Wad Editor) is responsible for decompressing files. WAD and present separately, and giving us the freedom to edit the data or even add new ones.
XWE can do everything with it even includes a map editor based on own
Wadauthor. But it is not very strong compared to many others. With the priority of this program is to add data to our WAD as sound, music, graphics and files or scripts dehacked source ports.

Sinopsis: While you were battling the evil forces of D'Sparil, the other Serpent Riders were busy sowing the seeds of destruction in other dimensions. One such dimension is the decaying world where Hexen takes place. A world littered with the mangled corpses of nonbelievers and inhabited by the undead followers that executed them. Only three humans &endash; a warrior, a mage and a cleric &endash; have escaped the leaders' vicious spell. Now these brave souls have sworn to crush the evil regime that threatens to destroy the world forever. Separated upon entering the mystical portal, the three are forced to attempt on their own what they had hoped to do together: find Korax's stronghold, destroy him and restore order in the physical world.
